By accessing and using Result ("the Service"), provided by Numero Technology Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. When using these services you shall also be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Result provides a school management and financial operating system for educational institutions. The Service includes academic record keeping, fee management, virtual account infrastructure, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to the Service is subject to the fees described in our Pricing section.
Transaction Fees: A standard processor fee of ₦100 applies to all financial transactions processed through the platform.
Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed monthly or termly as per your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Numero Technology Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Nigeria and foreign countries.
In no event shall Numero Technology Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
