Report cards without the last-minute panic
End of term should not mean three sleepless nights with a calculator. Here is how to make report cards boring — in the best way.
Every school has that week. Scores trickle in on scraps of paper, someone recomputes an average by hand, and a teacher stays up past midnight fixing a total that will not add up. It does not have to be like that.
Collect scores where they are entered
The panic starts when marks live in ten different places. When every teacher enters scores directly against a subject and a class, there is one source of truth — no re-typing, no transcription errors.
Let the maths happen on its own
Totals, averages, positions and grades are rules, not opinions. Once the rules are set, they should apply themselves the moment a score changes.
- Weighted CA and exam splits
- Automatic class positions
- Grade bands you define once
Print the whole class in one go
When the numbers are trustworthy, generating a report card is a button, not a project. Print the class, share to parents, move on with your evening.
